Teacher Bio:

Meg Hart has been a high school English teacher in the West Georgia area for close to twenty five years. Prior to teaching, she graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in English and later from the University of West Georgia with an M.Ed. in Secondary Education. She focuses on growth, resilience, integrity, and tenacity (GRIT) in the classroom because she is passionate about helping students realize their full potential in– what is more than ever– a global landscape.

  • Pencils/ Pens
  • A 3-ring binder (1" is perfect)... you will need this for your notebook checks and since much of my class is done on paper
  • Paper
  • Post-It Notes... this will make annotating your novels SO MUCH easier
  • Highlighters
