Hello Wildcats! My name is Daryk Cochran, I have been an educator since 2001 and I have been a wrestling coach since 1997. I will be teaching Visual Arts and i will be the Head Girls Wrestling Coach and Co-Head Boys Wrestling Coach here at Villa Rica High School. I hale from Woodbridge VA and went to Woodbridge Senior High School where I was a multi-sport athlete and a stand out wrestler. I attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga on a wrestling scholarship where I continued my wrestling success while majoring in Fine Art with a concentration in Drawing and Painting. After finishing up a UTC I enrolled at Fort Valley State and earned a degree in Commercial Design. After some time working in the private sector as a Graphic Design I decided to enter the wonderful world of education. So I went and earned a Masters in Education from North GA University and I have not looked back since. I am married to Bay Springs Teacher Mrs. Carrie Cochran and I have three over the top children, Hayes, Elizabeth, and Spencer. I am excited about being a part of the Wildcat Family!
