Bio
Mr. Jordan has been teaching art for twenty years. He began teaching at Yeager Middle School in Douglasville, and moved to Villa Rica High in 2015. Mr. Jordan lives in Douglasville with his wife and two dogs, and they are expecting their first child in September!
Mr. Jordan enjoys outdoor sports like running, cycling, and paddling. He also enjoys making music and, of course, visual art.
In addition to teaching, Mr. Jordan also serves as the Carroll County Schools Visual Arts Liaison. In this capacity, he organizes professional learning for the visual arts teachers and helps coordinate art exhibitions and other opportunities for art students and teachers throughout the county.
Mr. Jordan is also co-sponsor of the VRHS Mock Trial team and hosts the VRHS Art Honor Society.
Mr. Jordan holds a BFA from the University of West Georgia, and has completed AP Institute courses in AP Art History and Studio Art.
