My name is Austin Barron and I teach weight training. I also serve as the head football coach. I graduated from Heard County High School then played football for four years at The University of West Georgia. I started my teaching and coaching career at Cedartown High School before moving to VRHS in 2021. My wife Cali and I have a daughter, Wrigley. In addition to teaching and coaching, I am involved with the FCA and Chick-fil-A Leadership program here at VRHS. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, boating, and golfing.
