Any seniors needing transcripts mailed out to colleges or scholarship opportunities, please come by the guidance office and fill out the request form.  The forms are located in blue baskets on top of the filing cabinets.  There will be a sign above the baskets on the wall.  Please remember that you get one transcript per semester for free.  If you need multiple transcripts, they are $1 each and you will have to pay when you fill out the request form.  We will not be able to provide change, so please have the exact amount necessary for your request.  Please see Ms. Cunningham or Ms. Goins if you have any questions.
